Mrs. Hailee Maran

Hi there! 

My name is Hailee Maran, and the 24/25 school year will be the 5th year I’ve taught my own class. I taught a TK/K combination class at Sierra Avenue here in Oroville for 2 years, and have been at STREAM in third grade for 3 years now! 

I truly believe STREAM to be special. Not only do I work with the friendliest and most dedicated staff, but the students and families who fill my bucket constantly are what make STREAM my favorite place to be.

Something I strive to accomplish with each of my classes is a strong sense of community. In my classroom, every child is valued for who they are. When they leave my classroom, students are prepared to be a kind, productive, responsible, organized, and resourceful member of fourth grade.  

When I’m not teaching you can find me planning trips, hiking in the Redwoods, petting ANY animal in my vicinity, reading mystery novels, and researching new ways to take my teaching to new heights.
