Ms. Desiree Cox

My name is Desiree Cox and I am one of the third grade teachers at STREAM. This year will be my second year teaching at STREAM! 

I graduated from California Baptist University in Riverside, CA in 2016 with a Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science.  Once my degree was completed, I worked in social work for a few years. In 2021, I graduated from William Jessup University in Rocklin, CA and earned a Master in Teaching degree with a multiple subject teaching credential.  

I taught second grade for two years in Sacramento and transitional kindergarten here at STREAM. Last year, I moved to Oroville from Roseville and was able to join the STREAM team. I have loved getting to know students of different age groups during my time here. I am beyond excited to teach third grade this year! I can't wait to make learning enjoyable for my students and watch them grow!
